Everything you enter in Hydrio — your name, weight, drink logs, streaks, achievements — lives only on your device. We have no servers and no accounts, and we cannot see your hydration data.
Hydrio is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect limited device and usage data as described in section 03. Buying Remove Ads turns ads off.
When you set up Hydrio, you provide some profile data. This is stored exclusively on your device and is used only to personalize your experience.

The free version of Hydrio shows ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). People who purchase Remove Ads — or who bought Hydrio Premium before — do not see ads.
To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
- Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt
- IP address and the approximate (coarse) location derived from it
- Device and app information (e.g., device model, OS version, language)
- Ad interaction and diagnostic data (e.g., impressions, clicks, crashes of the ads SDK)
Tracking permission: We ask through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, your IDFA is not shared and you will see less personalized ads. Change it anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
EEA, UK and Switzerland: We use Google's consent tool to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice anytime in the app under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Hydrio's hydration reminders are powered entirely by Apple's local notification system — generated on-device, delivered on-device, with zero server involvement.

Every feature of Hydrio is free. The only purchase is an optional one-time Remove Ads, processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment details.
All payment processing is handled by Apple under their Privacy Policy. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data is secured by your device's native protection — Face ID, Touch ID, and iOS encryption. We recommend keeping iOS up to date.
- In-app: Settings → Data → Reset All Data
- Complete removal: Delete the Hydrio app from your device
Hydrio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Your hydration data never leaves your device.
By downloading, installing, or using Hydrio ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Hydrio is a free, ad-supported personal hydration tracking application for iOS that helps you:
- Track daily water and beverage intake — water, tea, coffee, juice
- Set personalized goals based on weight, gender, and activity level
- Receive local on-device reminders to drink water
- Monitor hydration history, streaks, and detailed statistics
- Earn achievements and gamification rewards
- Grow a virtual hydration pet as you reach your goals
Hydrio is not a medical application. Hydration recommendations are for general wellness purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice.
The goal calculations based on your weight, gender, and activity level are general estimates. Individual hydration needs vary significantly based on health conditions, climate, medications, and other factors.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your hydration needs — especially if you have conditions affecting fluid intake such as kidney disease, heart failure, or diabetes.
Hydrio is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. An optional one-time purchase removes all ads permanently. Users who bought Hydrio Premium before keep an ad-free experience.

By enabling hydration reminders, you consent to receiving local notifications from Hydrio. These are generated entirely on your device — no server is involved.
Disable anytime: iOS Settings → Notifications → Hydrio → Allow Notifications (off)

- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Do not use the app in violation of applicable laws

All content within Hydrio — including the app name, design, graphics, icons, animations, pet characters, and code — is the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Hydrio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times
- Data will be preserved after device failure or app deletion
- Hydration recommendations will suit your individual health needs
- Streak and achievement history will be recoverable after a data reset
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Hydrio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data due to device failure or health outcomes resulting from in-app recommendations.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will also be noted in App Store release notes. Continued use of Hydrio after changes constitutes your acceptance.
