Lifeline Weeks stores all data locally on your device. No accounts. No servers. No tracking.
Lifeline Weeks ("the App", "we", "our") is an iOS application developed by Cuong Sam Manh. We are deeply committed to your privacy. This policy explains clearly and completely what data the App uses, where it stays, and what rights you have.
Lifeline Weeks does not collect, store remotely, or transmit any of the following:
The following information is stored only on your device using iOS system storage (UserDefaults and App Group container shared with the widget):
This data never leaves your device unless you use iOS system backup (iCloud Backup), which is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.
If you enable notifications, the App will request iOS permission to send local push notifications. These notifications are generated entirely on-device using pre-written message pools — no network request is made to send or schedule them. You can revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Lifeline Weeks.
The Lifeline Weeks home screen widget reads data from the shared App Group container stored locally on your device. It does not connect to the internet or any external service. Widget data refreshes at midnight each day or when the main app triggers a reload.
Premium theme purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit framework. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or purchase history. All billing is handled by Apple subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Lifeline Weeks does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or crash-reporting tools. There are no third parties that receive data from this App.
The App is suitable for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data whatsoever, there are no special risks for children. We do not knowingly collect information from any user, of any age.
If we ever materially change this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date above. Any changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing, or using Lifeline Weeks (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

All content within Lifeline Weeks — including but not limited to the App's design, graphics, week-grid visualization, notification messages, copy, icons, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Cuong Sam Manh and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The App offers optional premium theme unlocks via a one-time in-app purchase through Apple's App Store.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are responsible for:
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs or viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cuong Sam Manh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of Lifeline Weeks is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern where applicable. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vietnam.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
