By using Line, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they're written to be clear and fair.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Line iOS application ("App") developed and operated by Line ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Simple version: Using the app means you agree to these rules. They're here to protect both you and us.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Line on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

This license is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

Premium Purchase

Line offers a one-time in-app purchase called "Line Premium" that unlocks additional features including unlimited events and habits, advanced customization, notifications, backup & export, and full icon access.

No subscriptions. Line Premium is a single one-time payment. You will never be charged automatically or on a recurring basis.

Refunds & Cancellations

Since Line Premium is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is no cancellation mechanism. Refund eligibility is determined entirely by Apple's refund policy.

To request a refund:

We do not process refunds directly. All refund decisions are made by Apple per their App Store refund policy.

Restrictions

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license to use the App without refund.

Your Data

All data you create in Line (events, habits, preferences, completion logs) is stored locally on your device and belongs entirely to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Line is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

We make no warranty that the App will meet your specific requirements or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Line and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App (i.e., the price of Line Premium, if purchased).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
