Terms of Use

Effective October 1, 2026

MUSQ is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "EULA"). These terms add to the EULA. If they conflict, the EULA applies. By using MUSQ you agree to both.

1. Not medical advice

MUSQ provides general fitness information: exercise demonstrations, form tips, suggested workouts and recovery estimates. Recovery times are estimates, not measurements. MUSQ is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an injury or health condition. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.

2. Free version, ads and MUSQ Premium

MUSQ is free to download. The free version shows ads and includes every exercise with its 3D model, setup steps and every key tip, workout logging, your history, recovery estimates and one saved preset per muscle group.

MUSQ Premium is an optional in-app purchase. It unlocks the common-mistake views and Form Comparison, Preset 2 and 3 for every muscle group, and turns the ads off. It is offered as:

• MUSQ Premium Yearly, an auto-renewing subscription lasting 1 year. New subscribers may be offered a free trial; the app says so before you buy, and only when you are eligible.
• MUSQ Premium Lifetime, a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium for as long as the app is available to you.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country or region.

Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you started one.
• The subscription renews automatically for another year unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial turns into a paid yearly subscription unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price. You'll be told in advance if the price changes.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• When a subscription ends, the Premium features lock again and ads return. Nothing you saved is deleted: your workouts, history and saved presets stay on your iPhone.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, and don't interfere with its ads, for example by clicking ads you're not interested in.

4. Content

The 3D models, animations, illustrations and text in MUSQ belong to us or our licensors and are provided for your personal use in the app.

5. Changes and availability

We may update the app and these terms. The version on this page is the current one. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and our liability is limited as set out in the EULA.
